Hi, I’m Sara.
The person behind the purpose
I believe people should be heard—not just included.
Throughout my career, I have repeatedly found myself asking the same question:
Are our systems truly serving the people they were created to support?
That question led me back to school for social work and continues to guide my work today.
I wasn't interested in simply participating in systems as they existed. I wanted to understand why gaps existed, why people struggled to navigate them, and how organizations could better align their intentions with their impact.
My work has always centered around creating pathways for voices to be heard.
Whether supporting families navigating complex systems, elevating student perspectives, strengthening nonprofit initiatives, or building community partnerships, I believe the people experiencing a challenge often hold the most valuable insight into the solution.
My role is to help bring that insight forward.

A little more about my approach
I don't believe organizations need someone to walk in and tell them what they are doing wrong.
People within an organization usually know where the challenges are.
What they often need is:
someone who listens without assumptions,
someone who can identify patterns,
someone who can organize complexity,
and someone who can help turn ideas into action.
That's where I come in.
Path & Purpose Consulting was built on a simple belief:
When organizations reconnect with their purpose, they don't just become more effective. They become places where people feel inspired to contribute, collaborate, and create lasting impact.
I'd be honored to help your organization do the same.
